By using the PetPilot store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

The store

PetPilot sells pet products online. Product photos, titles, and descriptions are provided to help you choose; colors and measurements can vary slightly. If a listing is inaccurate we will correct it or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Promotional compare-at prices are reference values, not a promise of a prior selling price.

Fulfillment

Items may ship from more than one location. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier collects the package. Delivery dates are estimates.

Returns

Return eligibility, if any, will be stated on the product page or in your order confirmation. Opened pet products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons may be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PetPilot is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
