PetPilot was started by Brendan White, a pet owner who got tired of the same problem every pet parent runs into eventually: products that look great in a listing photo and fall apart within a month of real use. A bed that flattens. A harness that frays. Sizing charts that never quite match reality.
Brendan built PetPilot to fix that — not by manufacturing something new, but by doing the unglamorous work of actually vetting what's out there. Every product in the store is chosen against one standard: would it hold up in his own home, with his own pets, day after day?

That's still the filter today: PetPilot isn't a warehouse of everything — it's a curated, growing collection built by someone who uses the same standard for every product held hand to his own dog or cat. If something doesn't meet that bar, it doesn't make the cut, no matter how well it photographs.
Brendan reads every piece of feedback that comes through the store, and it shapes what gets added next. If you've got a product you wish existed, or a problem PetPilot hasn't solved yet, that email actually gets read.
