Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The rate shown before you pay is the amount you will be charged for that order.

Free shipping

Orders of $75 or more ship free to eligible destinations. If a promotion or shipping method is not eligible, checkout will show the applicable charge instead of free shipping.

Split shipments

Your order may leave from more than one supplier. That means you can receive more than one package, on different days, with separate tracking numbers for a single checkout. We will send tracking for each shipment when it becomes available. A split shipment is not a missing item unless a line never receives a tracking number.

Transit times

Processing and transit times vary by supplier and destination. Checkout and the carrier tracking page are the source of truth for an individual package.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incomplete or incorrect address you provided.

Questions

If a package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, contact the carrier first, then us with your order number and tracking number.
